Gun Shot Wounds in a Crocodile (Crocodylus palustris) and its Management

Abstract

The communication reports a case of gun shot wounds in head region of a crocodile and its emergency management. The pellets were removed surgically from the wounds, below the eyes and above the nasal septum. Twelve pellets were removed and animal recovered completely after 15 days of post-operative care
