Abstract

Eight bovines with history of foul-smelling, purulent discharge from the base of horn and bending of either left or right horn were presented. On clinical examination of the affected horn, the soft friable swelling at the base of the horn was seen in all bovine. Based on the history and clinical examination, cases were tentatively diagnosed as horn cancer. The surgical removal of horn tumor was undertaken in all cases. The histopathology of the tumor revealed squamous cell carcinoma.
