A four-year-old Jersey crossbred cow was presented to the Veterinary Dispensary with a history of swelling on the right hock joint. Clinical examination revealed a lemon-sized growth on the medial aspect of the right hock joint. The mass was surgically removed and sent for histopathological examination. Upon gross examination, the mass measured approximately 5 cm in diameter, exhibited a bright red color, and had a soft to firm consistency. It was located on the right hock joint with evident hemorrhages. Microscopic examination revealed immature plump endothelial cells forming variable-sized anastomosing vascular channels. The neoplastic endothelial cells appeared elongated and plump, with round to ovoid hyperchromatic nuclei, and mitotic figures were observed. Based on the aforementioned findings, the case was diagnosed as haemangiosarcoma in the subdermal region of the hock joint.
