Abstract The current study focuses on the differences bewteen gender and employment status on leisure attitude, physical, spiritual, psychological, social well-being among middle adulthood. The SF - 12 scale, Leisure Attitude Scale, Social Well Being Scale, Spiritual Wellbeing Scale and Psychological wellbeing scale were administered on participants of age 20-40 years who are involved in any leisure activity. A total of 49 individuals participated in this study (23 males and 26 females). Further they were divided as student and working population. Independent samples t-test was used to analyze the data. Results indicate that there was a significant difference of gender on leisure attitude. It was also observed that there was a significant difference of employment status on social well-being.
