Abstract The present study examined the role of organizations and job hierarchy in shaping workplace spirituality, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction among professionals working in the banking and information technology sectors. 200 male and female professionals from IT and banking sectors working in executive and non- executive categories participated in the study. Participants were asked to give their response on the measures of workplace spirituality, self- efficacy, and job satisfaction. Results were analyzed using 2-way Analysis of Variance. It was reported that type of organizations and hierarchy level of the professionals influenced perceived workplace spirituality, self- efficacy, and job satisfaction differently. Thus, pattern of result supports that organization plays an important role in determining the perception of professionals regarding workplace spirituality, job satisfaction and self-efficacy.
