Abstract The basic human need is air which plays an important role in the survival of mankind. All living beings need air and aqua to survive and with the increased population and selfish mankind we can see that our basic needs are getting in danger. For water, the aquatic bodies are getting hazardous day by day making it hard for our aquatic animals to survive and also for human beings it is difficult to consume the water without using any purifier; on the other hand, if we look out at air pollution it is also getting poisonous day by day. Just because of our foolish acts the quality of air is depleting and making it hard for us to breathe, people are facing many health issues because of poor, air quality and that's why the analysis of air is a need and the future prediction which will help us to monitor our actions. For the analysis and the prediction, we collected the data and applied various analysis algorithms along with the machine learning algorithm which plays a huge role in conducting the prediction on the basis of our dataset. Random Forest and Gradient Boosting Regression are the two machine learning models which we used in this research and the results from these algorithms are promising.
