The purpose of this research is to understand and quantify the impact of Portfolio Management on Project management and strength of interaction among them. A theoretical framework is proposed regarding the constructs of, Portfolio management (DPM) and Project Management (DIM) and the construct validity was established. The sample data from 65 firms were obtained through structured questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to perform confirmatory factor analysis. Regression model was used to model the relationships between the constructs. The results showed that impact of Portfolio Management on Project management is signiicant.
