Abstract

The broad objective of this paper is to examine the use of e-HRM in implementing Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies, policies and practices worldwide. The specific objective of the paper is to asses the e-HRM application in recruitment, training, performance appraisal and compensation functions. The paper also highlights the benefits of e-HR and managerial perspectives of e-HR.
