Abstract

In this paper an attempt has been made to study the brand awareness of consumers with particular reference to readymade garments. The dress that we wear or prefer to wear is both a necessity and a luxury. The preference of brands has an impact on the supply and demand of the garments. Accounting for nearly Rs. 20,000 crores, this industry is growing at the rate of 20 percent, with massive visibility and consideration margins.
