This article is an attempt to study job stress of nationalised and non-nationalised bank employees in India. However, in modern times stress has become a Buzzword and legitimate concern for people of all walks of life. This study indicates spedjic problems of bank employees related to occupational stress. This throws light into the pathogenesis of various problems related to occupational stress among bank employees. The study is also helpful to drawn up further policy on the related field.
