The present research article laid the foundation for the application of the new concept of neutrosophic b# closed sets in neutrosophic topology. The study focused on the systematic study of neutrosophic b# closed set and neutrosophic b# open sets and deduced the various properties induced by them. It also enabled to study the relation between the new class of sets with the other existing closed sets and brought out the inter relations among them.
