The following isoxazoline derivatives 3-methyl-4-(p-chloroanilido)-5-hydroxyphenyl-isoxazoline(L1), 3-methyl-4-(o-methylanilido)-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-isoxazoline(L2), 3-methyl-4-(naphthylanilido)-5-hydroxy phenyl-isoxazoline (L3) and their Cu(II) and Fe(III) complexes were prepared. The prepared compounds were analysed by the experimental techniques. The anti bacterial studies against the bacteria E. coli & Staphylococcus aureus and the anti fungal studies against Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavonous of the complexes and the ligands were studied and compared
