Abstract

A pot culture experiment was conducted with drought resistance rice variety (CO 43) to study the effect of Azophos inoculation on rice seedlings in comparison with individual inoculations of Azospirillum and phosphobacteria with 100%and 50% moisture level. The results suggested that there was no significant variation between main and lateral roots, root length and root volume of Azophos inoculated CO 43 rice plants grown under flooded (100% moisture level) and saturated moisture (50% moisture level) conditions
