Effect of 28-Homobrassinolide (HBl) was evaluated on some antioxidative enzymes of Brassica juncea inoculated with root-knot nematode. The overall activities of catalase and ascorbate peroxidase increased significantly due to root-knot nematode infestation and were further enhanced by HBl treatment. Instead, the enzymatic activities of guaiacol peroxidase and superoxide dismutase got suppressed following nematode infection but increases after HBl treatment. The variations in enzymatic activities were more pronounced 15 DAI than 7 DAI
