Earlier reviews were restricted to a limited number of journals; this bibliometric study aims to do an extensive review of the turnover literature (Bolt et al., 2022). A thorough review of 87 articles was done on employee turnover intention using the R-package.This review paper includes the most recent research on turnover intention. It also proposes the research proposition on antecedents of turnover intention.The overview reduces hours of tedious reading for researchers and busy executives by giving the most important facts concisely and understandably.
