This is a descriptive cross-sectional study to evaluate the effect of some factors on performance.Azraq oil field in Sudan is taken as a case study. Primary data was collected by means ofa questionnaire, while secondary data was collected from company documents and studies. The research relied on literature review so as to select appropriate factors affecting oil production in Azraq Oil Field. Target population for primary data was 70 respondents (mangers and engineers working at Azraq oil field). A model of fivefactors was built with thirteensub factors as focal point of the study. SPSS- 24 Computer programs were used to identify the relation between different factors and oil production.Finance, working environment, oil properties, leadership, and technology were studied to evaluate their correlation with oil production.
