A Study on the Efficacy of Mobile App for Small Business in India

Abstract

Consumers are increasingly using mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets, for purchasing goods and services. The increase in the number of smartphone users, gives a golden opportunity for all businessmen to develop their business by developing an App. In order to grasp business opportunities, organizations are concentrating on developing mobile apps to acquire many customers and deliver highest quality engagement within a dynamic changing marketplace. The present study analysis of primary data was being carried out through online survey and was uploaded in a website, name qualtrics survey software. The findings of the study suggested that, it is not a wrong thought for small businessman to have a mobile app for their business. Let these small business units start build a stronger relationship with their customer through a medium called APPs.
