Abstract

It is a well established fact around the world that Financial Planning Profession has always come into limelight and gained its rightful recognition during economic recessions and volatile markets. It is during these times that discipline of Financial Planning appeals to many and people sit up and hear when a Financial Planner pitches for his or her advisory services. Regular savings, systematic investments, assets allocation, long term outlook, investment goal mapping etc. are all the concepts which keep us at peace and help us achieve our life goals without mood swings whenever there are market swings.

This paper is based on the study of growth factors that are driving the Financial Planning Profession in India. This paper tells about the factors responsible for stability and creating support system for Financial Planners.
