In this Paper an attempt is made to explore and help understand the dynamics of relationship between the two most important and oft debated management concepts of this era namely; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Employee Engagement (EE). The study is based on an ongoing doctoral research by the first author. After an extensive review of relevant literature, a model, predicting the relationship dimensions between CSR and EE has been proposed for further analysis and research. The research questions and study hypotheses have been proposed which need to be tested through descriptive research method.
