This study attempts to analyze the perceptions that International Students have towards various Banks in India. There are large number of students who come to India every year for studies. Banking is one important and basic requirement for those students. The study shows that these students have high expectations; however, their expectations are not met. Students show average level of satisfaction in reality, which is basically different from their expectations. There exists a gap in perception and expectation in five out of six dimensions thereby, only ‘Assurance'meets the expectation level.
