In this paper we have studied of neural networks with geometric modeling as well as information meting out capabilities of complex hierarchical networks of plain computing units. Also, we have defined and studied artificial neural network and Geometric interpretation of Threshold Logic Unit (TLU) action through systems whose formation is only moderately stipulated. Various parameters transform the capabilities of the network.
