The aim of the present paper is to provide an algorithm that minimizes the waiting time of jobs for specially structured two stage flow shop scheduling model when probabilities are associated with processing times of jobs and the concept of job block are taken into consideration. A numerical illustration has been provided in support of the proposed algorithm. Relevant lemma's and Theorem has been proposed which are the basis of the study.
