Bhaskara-II : An Eminent Indian Mathematician and Astronomer of Twelfth Century

A twelfth century Indian Mathematician and Astronomer commonly known as Bhaskara-II, to distinguish him from his namesake Mathematician of seventh century Bhaskara-I. He wrote treatise Siddhanta Siromani on Mathematics and Astronomy that is divided into four parts.
