The construction of a network queue model is the subject of the current manuscript. The model consists of parallel subsystem centrally connected in series with two different serial service channels. The entrance happens in batches of fixed size at single service channel and follows the poison distribution laws in stochastic environment. Generating function technique and laws of calculus are applied to observe various queue properties. A numerical example is given so that the model can be understood better. The suggested approach is used in a variety of industries, including banks, healthcare, retail centers, and executive settings.
