Establishment of Deteriorating Inventory Model with Time Dependent Exponentially Shortages and Linear Demand Rate

Abstract

In this study, the development of a deterministic inventory model with linear time dependent demand. Deterioration is consider exponential time dependent. Shortages are allowed with exponential time dependent to meet the demand. Also holding cost is exponential. The contributions of this paper fill significant gaps in existing literature, offering a comprehensive approach to inventory management. The mathematical model is developed for determining the best total inventory cost. Numerical example is given to authenticate to proposed the model.
