Abstract

Confidence intervals (of 95%, 99% & 99.73% degrees of confidence) have been determined for each of annual maximum & annual minimum of ambient air temperature at Dibrugarh. The determination is based on the data from 1969 onwards collected from the Regional Meteorological Centre at Dibrugarh. This paper describes the method of determination of them and the numerical findings on them.
