The article analyzes one of the most relevant approaches in modern pedagogy -personalityoriented. An individual approach in the upbringing of students is a purposeful system of pedagogical actions and relationships that maximally takes into account the age and sociopsychological characteristics of each student for the purpose of the comprehensive and harmonious development of his personality.
