Transgender community in India characterizes acute Mental Health decline as they experience harassment, discrimination to blatant verbal, physical, and sexual assault, including beatings, rape, and even homicide. This cast out population facing extreme social exclusion losses it's selfesteem and voice, demands policies and processes that validate their experience, knowledge. This study aims to aid this community by exploring their mental health complexities through the survey method and support their echoes for support and social inclusion through creating awareness. This study is based on the transgender community form three different localities in Chennai, India.
