This article discusses the history of the use of innovative pedagogical technologies in the educational process, its emergence, stages of development and the application of pedagogical technologies in the educational process. Here is also describe the international evaluation programs, ways of application, PISA, TALES, TMMSS, PIRLS and ERMA EGMA, which can achieve high efficiency in teaching proses in our country.
