A number of derivatives of pyrazolyl-p-ferrocenyl-phenolyl-urea have been synthesized and investigated their biological activity. Newly obtained compounds were fully characterized by spectroscopic (IR and NMR). Single crystal X-ray structure analysis were undertaken on two compounds. Determined the growth-promoting activity of the compounds [4-(pyrazolyl-(pferrocenylphenoxymethylene)] (II), N, N'-hexamethylenebis -[(pferrocenylphenylenyleoxymethylene) -4-(pyrazolyl-1,1 ') -urea] ( III).
