Specific aspects of the use of the pledge method in securing liabilities

In civil law relations, serious attention is paid to the creation of a legal framework for loans, mortgages and mortgages. According to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Pledge": The transfer of property or the right to it by another person to secure obligations is a pledge. The concept of collateral and the basis for its formation have been improved in practice.
