The article is referred with the analysis of the content of activities for the development of land property. The projects implementation of land use planning and management is extremely relevant nowadays. The concept of "Land Development" is substantiated, the content of activities for the integrated development and development of large land properties is analyzed, the main problems and prospects for the development of this area are considered. The prospect of landdevelopment is related not only with the development of the territory, but also with creation of laws and regulations on nature protection issues. It will help to improve the current situation in this area, as well as to prevent other possible problems.
