Modern ict in english language teaching

The modern stage of society development is characterized by the process of informatization, the use of information as a public product that provides for the intensification and intellectualization of the main spheres of human activity, acceleration of the scientific and technical process and the democratization of society. A person who is proficient and effective in technology and information has a different, new style of thinking, and approaches the assessment of the problem and the organization of their activities in a different way. This article discusses modern information and communication technologies (ICT) and the possibility of their application in teaching English.
