The histological structure of skin of karakalpak sura sheep

Abstract

This article presents the results of a study of the histological structure of the skin of Karakul sheep belonging to the Karakalpak type of different colors. The results of studies of skin thickness different colors of karakul lambs, as well as quantitative parameters of its layers, and the results of the analysis revealed significant differences between in the skins colors "Polatsur" and "uryuk-gul". The number of follicles (1mm2) are significantly greater in animals coloring "shamchirak" "cancer-gul" (74,6 2,8), less coloring including lambs toAmar (61,8 3,1), the colors of uryuk-gul and pulata-sur, respectively-56,4 3,4 and 69,4 2,9. Based on the research, conclusions were drawn during the selection of the Karakalpak type of sheep, staining of suras take into account the histological structure of the skin.
