This article examines the activities and trends of the justice authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, investigates the nature of the rule-making function, analyses the activities of foreign justice bodies in this area and offers suggestions for improvement. Additionally, this article discusses and analyses the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the field of regulatory activities and the activities of justice bodies.
