Abstract

This article contains theoretical and methodological materials on the problem of forming a healthy lifestyle in preschoolers by means of a computer in combination with methods ofphysical education. In the words of our President, “it is not necessary to reinvent the bicycle, it is necessary to make effective use of advanced foreign experience, for example, the experience of South Korea.” A number of researchers have noted that most parents complain that children in kindergarten complain of indecent, rude behavior. They also note that they have difficulty repeating more complex exercises.
