Approach with pedagogical methods in the formation of professional culture of pre-school educational organization educators

The article highlights the need for a highly professional culture for the comprehensive formation of knowledge, skills and skills of pre-school teachers and the pedagogical methods of the formation of this culture. To do this, the educator must first immediately express his attitude to pedagogical situations that consist of trainees of different character, often changing in the group community and give him a fair assessment.
