In the article, the issues of interdependence of the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan to the civil culture are analyzed by social philosophy. Attention was paid to the role and importance of preschool educational institutions, general secondary, special secondary, higher education and scientific research institutions in the development ofualual culture of the younger generation in Uzbekistan, and views and comments on the content and level of development ofualual culture were expressed.
