A project on “A STUDY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS AND THE IMPACT OF 360 DEGREE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM AT WHEELS INDIA LTD, CHENNAI”.
The primary objective of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness and the impact of 360 degree performance appraisal system conducted in the organization. The questionnaire covers the area such as self development, career growth, performance improvement, etc. A primary data collection has been done to test the effectiveness on the above parameters specified and thereby results are solely interpreted on the survey.
The data used for the purpose of the study is primary in nature. The sample size is 120 and is distributed to the employees of the organization. The study uses various statistical tools to support its findings and suggestions. Result shows that the 360 degree performance appraisal system is an effective performance appraisal system which motivates the employees to improve their performance.
