Strategic alliances are widely considered as strategies to meet organizational objectives and to lead in a competitive world. Among these objectives and resources, human resource management, change management, financial management have received more attention in literature and numerous authors have investigated different aspects of strategic alliances. However, in strategic alliance studies knowledge management approach has not been addressed enough and literature sufferers from a conceptual gap. Therefore this paper is aimed to bridge this gap and provide some valuable insights for researchers and practitioners by giving an idea of K based Strategic alliance with the concept of Knowledge Value Chain.
