One of the outcomes of Human Resource Management activities is Employee Commitment. In today's generating world, no organization can perform at peak level unless each employee is committed to the organization. Employee loyalty in these tough economic times can be difficult for an employer, especially for those organization that find they need to do more with fewer resources in order to maintain their business and still be successful.
