Communication skills are the most sought after skills in the present LPG – Liberalisation, Privatisation and Globalisation – days to play a very significant and a vital role in developing one's communication ability and confidence to have a successful, vibrant and bright career and also to move up and excel in the chosen field of research or work. “The old structures are being reformed. As organizations seek to become more flexible in the face of LPG, they are experimenting with new, team-based structures”. Employment opportunities and scope for higher education made the students to think about the importance of communication skills.
