An interesting work atmosphere needs to be created that fosters creativity and encourages learning new skills might have sustainable competitive advantage in terms of keeping the employees happy. Work life balance and career advancement programmes make employees elated and productive. The organizations that meet the physical, psychological and emotional demands of the employees are the most preferred places to work.
