Organizations are now targeting to be closely connected with their customers and they found the way in form of online social media. Social media analytics (SMA) is gaining popularity in organizational business functions like online reputation management (ORM), efficient & improved customer service, real time business decisions (RTBS), global business exposure through online marketing, sales. SMA works on data and information generated by Web Blogs, shared contents in the form of images, audio & video., online games, online promotional schemes, customer reviews and complaints etc. Indian B-Schools are more prone to recent web technology resources. This research provides anapplication of social media analytics in web traffic analysis for global exposure of B-Schools.
