Standards of fresher's vs requirements of recruiters

We all know that talent plays a key role in business outcomes. That means hiring is one of the most crucial tasks for recruiter who manages a team. But, there's a significant gap between the key recruitment factors to recruiters and the performance of these tasks by fresher's. Recruiters do not want to hire fresher students coming out of colleges after graduation and post graduation although industry knows that new recruits will be demanding less salary than experienced professionals. But then even fresher's are considered as untouchables in most of cases and everyone feels that industry is culprit. Mainly this study focuses on to know the standards of fresher's and what the recruiters are looking and the gap between them.
