This paper talks about an emerging concept of“Firms of Endearment”. Customer centric firms are those which lay their focus on customers. But there are other stakeholders like society, investors, society and employees and companies also have responsibilities towards these shareholders as well. Firms of endearment are such firms which focus on all stakeholders and not just customers. Further it elucidates examples of different firms and how they have collaborated with all stakeholders to create greater value.
