Abstract

The present research paper explores the fundamental concepts and principles underlying the conservation of natural resources. The paper delves into the significance of preserving our mother earth’s abundant resources for the both present and future generations. It emphasizes the need for a comprehensive and holistic approach to resource management, encompassing not only environmental protection but also sustainable use and the consideration of ecological, social, and economic factors. The paper also highlights the intrinsic value of nature and the ethical responsibility humans hold as stewards of the Earth. It emphasizes the interconnectedness of all living beings and ecosystems, emphasizing the importance of biodiversity and ecosystem services. By recognizing and valuing the beauty, complexity and resilience of the natural world, individuals and communities can develop a sense of awe, respect, and responsibility towards its conservation. The paper also indicates that promotion of awareness, education and engagement is crucial to mobilize individuals and communities as active participants in conservation efforts. The study also emphasize that conservation of natural resources is not a luxury but it is an urgent necessity of the present state of depleting, degraded and overexploitation of natural resources.
