Abstract

This paper highlights the condition of an important structure of British era at Ambala city, which was known as Victoria Memorial Club. Today, this building is famous as Guru Gobind Singh Municipal Library. Here in this paper an attempt has been made to reconstruct the history of Victoria memorial building on the basis of inscriptions and features of the structure.
