Abstract

Education is the way of living life in a disciplined way. Students, teachers and course curriculum are equally important in lower and higher education system. Teachers will play a very important role in shaping the future of the budding students. But, firstly, teachers must be well versed in his concerned area of discipline and for this; it should be must for teachers that they must up-grade their knowledge continuously and will get exposure to emerging developments in their concerned field. In the present study, an attempt has been made to report the findings of the survey about relevance and quality of the Interdisciplinary Refresher Course conducted among the heterogeneous group of fraternity in the 35th Interdisciplinary Refresher Course conducted by UGC-HRDC, GJU S&T, Hisar. In the said course, fraternity comes from the different disciplines such as, management, physics, chemistry, mathematics, pharmaceuticals, Hindi language, English language, library and information science, physical education, music, mechanical engineering, printing technology, electronic and communication engineering, and computer science.
