Abstract

Feed is an element that is very supportive of an aquaculture business activity, so that the available feed must be adequate and meet the needs of the fish. To reduce high price of feed costs, it is necessary to look for other food ingredients that are cheap, have equivalent nutritional value, guaranteed availability, can be used by livestock, and do not compete with humans such as skin of mung bean sprouts.
